Account & subscription
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Log in and go to /konto/ → "Subskrypcja" section → "Anuluj subskrypcję". Your Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can also email contact@duoprawko.pl — we reply within 24 h.
Can I switch between monthly, 3-month and yearly plans?
Yes. Go to /konto/ → "Subskrypcja" → "Zmień plan". Any unused time is prorated. The 3-month package is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal — it expires after 3 months.
What is the difference between the 3-month package, monthly and yearly?
The 3-month package (29 PLN, one-time, ~10 PLN/mo) is the most popular — it covers the realistic preparation window (course + exam slot + a possible resit). No auto-renewal. The monthly plan (19 PLN/mo) is flexible with no commitment. The yearly plan (79 PLN/yr, ~6.60 PLN/mo) is cheapest per month for those who start early or plan multiple categories.
How do I change my email or password?
Go to /konto/ → "Profil" (email) and "Bezpieczeństwo" (password). You can also reset your password with the "Zapomniałem hasła" button on the login screen.
How do I delete my account?
Email contact@duoprawko.pl with the subject "Usunięcie konta". We delete all your data within 14 days of confirmation. Any active subscription is automatically cancelled.
Payments & invoices
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by PayU: BLIK, Visa/Mastercard, Polish bank transfers (Pay-by-link), Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. After purchase we automatically send a simplified VAT invoice to your email address. If you need a full named or company invoice (with NIP/tax ID), email contact@duoprawko.pl within 3 months of purchase, providing the transaction number and full billing details.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on the website are gross (including 23% Polish VAT). The price you see is the final price.
Can I get a refund?
Premium comes with a free 7-day trial — if you cancel within that period, nothing is charged. After a payment is collected: under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, digital content with immediate access does not qualify for the standard 14-day withdrawal right. In exceptional cases (technical failure on our side) we refund proportionally — email contact@duoprawko.pl.
Exam & study
Where do the questions come from?
From the official CKK (Centrum Kompetencji Komunikacyjnych) database of the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure, published on gov.pl. We update the base with every ministerial change.
Does the mock exam match the real WORD exam format?
Yes — 32 questions (20 basic + 12 specialist), maximum 74 points, passing score 68. Time: 25 minutes for category B. Questions are randomly ordered, just like at WORD.
What are "basic" and "specialist" questions?
Basic questions (1 pt each) test knowledge of signs, rules and behaviour in common situations. Specialist questions (2 or 3 pts) are category-specific — for example, cat. C has questions about heavy trucks not present in cat. B.
Can I study offline?
Currently no — an internet connection is required. We are working on a PWA with offline mode.
Are the questions available in English?
The interface is in English. The exam questions are shown in Polish (the official CKK source is Polish-only). The actual WORD exam offers an English language option — DUOprawko shows you the same questions you will practise in the official language.
Technical
Video not playing / buffering
The most common cause is a slow connection or CDN blocked by antivirus software. Try: hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5), disable VPN, switch networks (Wi-Fi → mobile data). If the problem persists — tell us exactly which question number does not work.
Page loads slowly
Usually a cache issue — press Ctrl+Shift+R to bypass the browser cache. If it continues, check whether an extension like uBlock Origin is blocking our scripts.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet. The site works well in mobile browsers — you can save it as a home-screen shortcut (Chrome → menu → "Add to Home Screen").
I forgot my password
On the login screen click "Zapomniałem hasła". We will send a reset link to your email (check spam — it usually arrives within a few minutes).
